Optical Recognition

SMS designed, developed and deployed Autochecker™, a mobile app and matching cloud based solution which uses optical recognition to identify auto parts and store part data in the cloud. The software stores pictures and part numbers and uses AI to find all fitment and compatibility information append the data to the cloud based record.

AI Based Fitment

The software finds all relevant information about each part including fitment, compatibility and diagrams necessary to replace each part. The AI based algorithms compare data from all available sources and determine the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Management Dashboard

The software produces a dashboard for parts managers to manage inventory and post parts for sale online when appropriate. Managers can see the number of new parts entered daily as well as existing inventory and daily, weekly or monthly sales.

RFID Tracking & Location

The software allows mobile users to associate RFID tags to each part upon storage. RFID guns and/or drones can find missing parts – fast.

Price Optimization

The software finds the pricing information necessary for managers to make the best decisions by viewing the MSRP, Dealer Cost and Lowest Price for Sale Online. The AI software recommends the best price for a quick sale while optimizing margins. Managers can click to accept the AI suggested price or they can adjust the price quickly using a slider or by entering predefined margin rules.

Auto-Fill & Drill Down

The software can login to eBay Motors and auto-fill all information necessary to post the part for sale including uploading the pictures, diagrams, fitment, compatibility, and price. Managers can review and modify information as necessary using drill down and mass update functions. The software is 10X faster than humanly possible and eliminates 90% of the typing normally required.

Automated Invoice Generation

The software is integrated with eBay Motors and captures sold to, ship to and payment information held by eBay. The software will automatically generate an invoice for each sale and supports multiple times per invoice and includes pictures and descriptions of the parts along with the rack and bin number to ensure accurate shipping and reduce unnecessary returns.
